Role: HR Partner

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 + 10% Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

My client is a rapidly growing global organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector globally. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join this business as an HR Partner.

This role has a clear emphasis on supporting continuous improvement, whilst also offering the opportunity to be involved in other HR activities and projects. You will provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on company culture, procedures and best practices.

Key Duties:

• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on company culture, procedures and best practices
• Deliver training on HR initiatives and support/coach Line Managers on HR-related matters as required
• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on people-related matters, providing insights and recommendations
• Foster a proactive approach to analysing HR data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Lead on data reporting, technology utilisation and AI adoption
• Partner with stakeholders, and wider HR Team to roll out key people initiatives, including benefit and policy updates, engagement activities, pay reviews, and performance cycles
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes and developments in HR best practices and legislation
• Input into the HR strategy and take a lead on change management initiatives to improve processes

The Person:

• Demonstrable multi-year HR Partner experience
• Professional Services exposure is highly sought across Financial Services, Legal, FinTech or similar
• CIPD or equivalent qualified to at least Level 5
• Track record of improving data analysis/reporting to aid decision making, driving adoption of technology and, ideally, some exposure to AI adoption
• Adept at influencing beyond authority to foster and improve stakeholder relationships
• Proactive, hard working with a 'roll your sleeves up’ mentality
• Comfort working in a fast-paced ever evolving environment as part of a forward-thinking HR Team
