Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join an established and growing organisation in Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business – building relationships, coaching managers, solving real people challenges and becoming a trusted presence within an operational environment.
The business is looking for approximately 30 hours per week and is open to discussing how those hours could work for the right person. This could be three longer days or shorter hours across four to five days.
The role

You'll be highly visible within the business and become the person managers turn to for practical, confident and commercially sensible HR advice.
A major part of the role will be coaching and developing managers – helping them understand what good people management looks like and giving them the confidence to handle situations effectively and consistently.
