Are you ready to transform how HR operates in a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation? I’m on the lookout for a Process Improvement powerhouse to join my clients HR Operations team and lead the charge in optimising performance management processes across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to bring fresh eyes, challenge the status quo, and make a lasting impact.

? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reimagine and refine performance management processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that streamline workflows and elevate service delivery.
  • Use data and insight to identify bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and enhance reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with strategic goals.
  • Champion digital transformation and support the rollout of new HR technologies.
  • Deliver training and guidance to HR teams, embedding best practices and innovation.

?? Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through regular reviews and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance across all HR processes.
  • Drive change and influence outcomes across multiple levels of the organisation.

? What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR project delivery and process optimisation.
  • Proven track record of leading cross functional teams in a complex organisation
  • A technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments and driving results.
  • Experience with digital platforms and performance tools is a plus.
