Job Description - HR Recruitment Administrator

The HR Recruitment Administrator will support the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This permanent role is based in Brighton and focuses on administrative excellence and organisation.

Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job adverts to scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment-related queries and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment regulations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment procedures and practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Profile

A successful HR Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration within any sector, ideally not-for-profit.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems or databases to manage recruitment processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Understanding of UK employment laws and best practices.

Job Offer
