HR, Reward & Payroll Manager – Shared Services

Salary circa £65k
Iconic Resourcing HR are looking to speak with candidates who have Shared Service experience, specifically with a focus on reward, benefits and payroll.
Our client is eager to fill this role and welcomes applications from candidates who can commit to either full-time or part-time hours. They are also open to fixed-term contract candidates who can start immediately and quickly contribute to project work, as well as those interested in a permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with all business levels including Directors & CEO
Maintain and manage relationships with HR software providers
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and promote technology use
Ensure effective payroll software support and upgrades
Provide high level HR service administration
Oversee payroll software provider account
Manage HR Information System
Implement new HR technologies and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement people policies
Benchmark and improve compensation and benefits packages
Participate in the Pension Regulation Governance
Drive continuous process improvement and implement effective administrative support
Provide HR management information for planning and decision making
Lead statistical reporting such as Gender Pay & Equal Pay audits
Manage succession planning and talent development within the HR Shared Services team
Lead of innovative people processes and system development
Research and implement new HR practices for efficiencies
Skills & knowledge:
Effective leadership and collaboration
Strong influencing and negotiating abilities
Knowledge of payroll and HR systems
Data orientated, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail
