This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that drive real change. You will be a crucial part of their HR Reporting & Analytics team, focusing on leveraging technologies like Power BI, Workday, and Excel to support strategic decision-making, especially in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex HR requirements into intelligent reporting solutions.
• Utilise tools such as Power BI, Workday, and Excel to shape how we use people data to drive strategic decisions.
• Focus on supporting DEI initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence decisions and contribute to cultural transformation.

• Proven track record of transforming people data, particularly diversity and inclusion data, into actionable insights.
• Strong experience in developing reports using Workday or another HR technology platform.
• Demonstrable skills in self-service BI tools, such as Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar analysis tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
