A well-established organisation is looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join its HR team and provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle on a Fixed Term basis of 6 months.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering an accurate, consistent and efficient HR service.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, personal information updates and other employee transactions. Process changes to contractual and personal details accurately and within agreed service levels and deadlines. Maintain accurate employee master data and associated HR records. Ensure HR transactions are completed in accordance with internal policies, procedures, controls and audit requirements. Provide advice and administrative support to managers, employees and HR stakeholders on HR processes. Handle employee information appropriately and maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR and data protection requirements. Develop, maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned HR processes. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working, helping to create a more efficient and seamless employee experience. Support the HR Manager and wider HR team with projects, initiatives and process improvements. Support annual HR processes, including pay-related activities, system updates, testing and other cyclical processes. Participate in internal and external audits, providing accurate information and supporting the resolution of any actions arising. Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional, customer-focused service. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity across HR processes. Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team environment. Experience:
Experienced in HR administration or a similar administrative environment. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident working with confidential and sensitive employee information. A strong communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Location: Solihull
Working pattern: Full time Monday - Friday
