What you will do in your working day

• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and policies.
• Help organize.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Understanding of HR recruitment management system (in-house training provided)
• Good timekeeping
• IT literate - able to use all Outlook programs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse HR tasks.

HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship course delivered at their place of work and online.
