HR Systems Analyst

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an innovative leader in public sector, that are currently seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.

This role will be based in East London, and offers hybrid working for 1 day each week.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £24 - £26 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for;

Identifying and rectifying system improvements within ITRENT to ensure seamless operation function
Providing technical advice to employees and colleagues surrounding best practice on the system, providing training where necessary
Collaborating with other departments in the wider business to ensure models are implemented effectively
Working with stakeholders regarding data changes and structures

The ideal HR systems analyst will have experience in the following;

ITRENT
Power BI & Business Objects
Demonstrable experience working in a HR Systems role within a fast-paced environment
