Role:HR Systems Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE + 15% Annual Bonus

Location: Liverpool (requirement to travel to office 2 days per week)

My client is seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join their Business Systems Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors. You need to have previous experience working with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.


• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements


• Ensure the successful implementation of Successfactor and other HR tech solutions.


• Provide guidance and support for end-users and HR partners,


• SuccessFactors or equivalent experience required.
