HR Systems Analyst - Enabling HR Tech Innovation

You will play a key role in optimising HR technology and processes, particularly supporting SAP SuccessFactors, and helping to deliver reliable data and digital tools to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors and related people systems.
• Collaborate with HR teams and vendors on system improvements, configuration updates, and rollouts.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business insight and decision-making.
• Support cyclical HR processes including gender pay reporting, appraisals, and regrading.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Maintain system content on the global intranet and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide user support and training to HR colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 years' experience in HR Systems Administration or Analysis, ideally within Professional Services.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, reporting, and processes.
• Technical proficiency with MS Excel and experience with HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
• Comfortable with configuration, testing, documentation, and system rollout activities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling multi-jurisdictional data.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
