Portfolio HR & Reward are proudly working with a reputable, top-performing organisation within the Education sector, who are seeking a HR Systems Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis; with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Job Title: HR Systems Business Partner

Job Type: Temporary (Possible Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)

Duration: 2 months

Location: East London

Working Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely

Hourly Rate: £24.00-£26.00 Per Hour

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities

Management of the HR systems administration department when you will be responsible for improving systems and leading on these changes.
Ensuring the systems are well kept and maintained via running audits and performance testing.
Facilitating training sessions for employees in order for them to use the system effectively and efficiently.
Analysing data to identify any system errors, creating reports and managing contracts.

Essential Criteria

Experience working in a similar role within Further Education.
Experience working with the HRIS database, iTrent.
Must have experience using PowerBI and Business Objects.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.
