What will you need......

This role is the ideal opportunity for a HR Professional, with 2-3 years of operational and/or HR Transformation experience. It is beneficial if you also have had exposure to HR technologies such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP or service enablement technologies such as ServiceNow.
As a HR Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through their transformation journey. This can include supporting them from the start of their journey in assessing options and building a business case all the way through to supporting them deploying the future service and any supporting technologies.
This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, service and process design and change management with a focus on supporting HR teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.?An ability to empathise with client teams they are working with is essential.

They will be looking for.....

• An aspiration to or be working towards HR Qualifications, ideally CIPD or similar?
• Experience of working on HR projects, ideally related to deployment of new HR Services or technical solutions.?
• Experience of delivery a HR Service and supporting it's evolution.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. In particular for communication skills ability to create clear and concise engagement packs using tools like PowerPoint. ?
• Experience of HR Service Design including processes and process mapping.??
• Proactive, independent and self-starter.??
• Able to travel in the UK and Europe.?
• Project mindset?

Salary £35-50k plus a very good benefits package.
