Join Our Team as a Workforce Analytics & Insight Specialist! £600, inside IR35, 6 months, 1 day onsite per week in Midlands

Our client is on the lookout for a passionate Workforce Analytics & Insight Specialist to support their innovative program. What You'll Do:

As a Workforce Analytics & Insight Specialist, your primary focus will be to provide dedicated analytics support and develop sustainable internal expertise in workforce planning and organisational design. Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

Programme Support (Initial Focus)

Lead the analysis of workforce data across the program.
Develop insightful outputs, including:- Workforce diagnostic reports
- Insight packs for Directors and the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT)
- Scenario modelling to support key design decisions

Analyse critical areas such as:- Spans of control- Organisational layers- Grade distribution- Workforce composition and capacity
Identify pressure points and opportunities for improvement.Strategic Insight & Decision Support

Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
Support workforce optimisation decisions and organisational design activities.
Provide ongoing analytical support to various program work streams.Collaboration & Integration

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Directors, and program leads.
Ensure that your insights are fully integrated into decision-making processes.Capability Building (Longer-Term Role)

Help establish a sustainable workforce analytics capability within the organisation.
Develop data models, reporting approaches, and insight frameworks.
Support future workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.What You Bring to the Table:
We're looking for candidates with:

Strong experience in data analysis and insight generation.
The ability to transform data into strategic, decision-ready insights.
Experience working with workforce or organizational data and handling complex datasets.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
A knack for operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.Your First 12 Weeks:

Dedicate your efforts to the program, supporting diagnostic and design phases.
Produce insightful workforce diagnostic analyses, insight packs for CLT, and scenario modelling to aid in critical decisions.Key Outputs You'll Deliver:

Insight packs tailored for Directors and the CLT.
