HR/Compliance Administrator (x2) – Temporary

🕒 Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
📅 Immediate Start | Up to August 2026

We're looking for two experienced HR/Compliance Administrators to join a busy and friendly team within a well-established organisation in Redhill. If you're organised, detail-focused and have previous HR/Compliance administration experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing onboarding and new starter administration.

* Completing references, DBS checks and right-to-work checks.

* Maintaining employee records and HR systems.

* Supporting recruitment and arranging interviews.

* Managing HR inboxes and responding to queries.

* Producing HR documents and reports.

* Ensuring compliance records are up to date.

* Supporting wider HR projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous HR/Compliance administration experience.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

* Experience handling confidential information.

* Available to start immediately.
