Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative Health and Social Care lessons at BTEC Level 2 and 3.
- Develop students' understanding of key concepts such as human growth and development, health and well-being, and safeguarding.
- Create a practical and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress in Health and Social Care.
- Support students in securing relevant work experience opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Health and Social Care or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (or strong potential as an ECT with relevant sector experience).
- A strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements for BTEC Health and Social Care.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing students with practical and relevant learning experiences.
