Job Role: HSE Admin Support
Salary: £36,000 - £37,000 (9 Month FTC)
Location: Norwich

We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide essential administrative support within a health and safety environment at a leading research organisation based in Norwich. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a professional, safety-focused team, with the potential for a permanent position after approximately one year. The successful HSE Admin Support will:

Manage and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
Support all inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
Contribute to ensuring the team's documentation and records remain compliant and up to date
Support the health and safety team with administrative functions, with an interest in health and safety considered a bonusThe ideal candidate will have:

Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
Confidence in managing multiple tasks and inboxes efficiently
