An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HSE Governance, Risk and Assurance Lead to join the Team in Derby.
The Rolls-Royce Group HSE organisation supports the Business in driving down risk to people & the environment through a regional and divisional support model. Acting as the conscience for the function, the role of the Compliance team is to help ensure the HSE Function delivers what they say they will, when they say they will, and that they do this effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.
The HSE Compliance team oversees the delivery of effective, timely and professional support to the Divisions & Functions and drives functional compliance to HSE governance, risk, assurance, reporting and investigation requirements.
To facilitate this, the HSE Compliance team maintains robust governance and assurance processes, leads on setting policy and strategic direction for HSE improvement, target setting, performance monitoring and reporting.
What you will be doing:
As HSE Governance, Risk and Assurance Lead, you will take the lead in the planning, facilitation and documentation of critical HSE Governance & Assurance meetings:
