£46,000 - £52,000 + Benefits & Overtime (£5-10k)

Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking to drive a positive safety culture in a growing engineering consultancy? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional to take ownership of health & safety across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, investigating incidents, and supporting management.

• Covering Essex, Kent, London, and Norfolk with nationwide travel.

• Split between office/workshop (West Horndon, Essex) and on-site visits.

• Standard 40-hour workweek, with overtime opportunities (£5-10k extra).

• Supporting management with HSE policies and compliance.

• Leading incident investigations and implementing improvements.

• Running HAZOP meetings and reviewing H&S documentation for large projects.

? Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays/Saturdays, 2x Sundays

? NEBOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
? Proven HSE management experience
