HSE Manager Wanted – NEBOSH Meets Multitasking Ninja
Location: Office-based with occasional site visits
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
Hours: 39 hours/week (Mon–Thurs: 7.30–4.00, Fri: 7.30–3.00)

Are you the type who can juggle RAMS, risk assessments, ISO audits, van checklists and still remember where the fire extinguishers are? Then we want to hear from you.

We’re on the lookout for an HSE Manager who doesn’t just follow safety protocols – you lead from the front. Someone who knows their COSHH from their PUWER and isn’t afraid to get involved in everything from audits to accident investigations… and the occasional branded workwear order.

What you’ll be doing (aka: the fun stuff):

• Carrying out H&S audits, RAMS, and risk assessments
• Managing ISO 14001 and supporting ISO 9001 systems
• Keeping our accreditations in top shape (Achilles, SafeContractor, ECOVARDIS and more)
• Delivering toolbox talks that people actually pay attention to
• Reviewing van packs, equipment, site conditions, and compliance
• Supporting with tenders, ops paperwork, recruitment and social media
• Promoting a strong safety culture and investigating incidents and near misses

What you’ll need:

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• A varied background and ability to wear many hats
• Someone with a background in HSE for Engineering, Production or Construction
• A self-starter attitude with great communication skills
• A good balance of practical know-how and office confidence
