HSEQ Advisor

Hays Health & Safety are excited to be working with a fast-growing infrastructure services provider based in Lancashire who are looking for a hands-on HSEQ Advisor. This is a hybrid role with regular travel to operational sites, supporting the HSEQ Manager in maintaining high standards across Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly audits and site inspections
Support incident investigations and safety briefings
Maintain ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001 documentation
Assist with environmental reporting, COSHH, and Net Zero initiatives
Deliver inductions and monitor training compliance
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on HSEQ matters

The Ideal Candidate:

NEBOSH General/Construction or Environmental Certificate
Experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation (RIDDOR, COSHH, CDM, etc.)
Familiarity with ISO standards and document control systems
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
Commutable to North West HQ
