HSEQ Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Health and Safety legislation and its practical application
  


• Ensuring company adherence to internal management systems
  


• Site-based duties involving nationwide travel and potential night shifts
  


• Providing internal HSEQ support
  


• Presenting findings to the HSEQ Manager
  


• Effective communication across all company levels, from site operatives to directors
  


• Advocating for safety and engaging with workforce representatives
  


• Conducting incident investigations and delivering reports
  


• Crafting and submitting site-specific safe systems of work documentation (e.g., RAMS, CoSHH, lift plans) for client review and approval
  

Requirements

Essential skills/Qualifications:

• Possession of recognized safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, BSC, etc.)
  


• Strong communication abilities
  


• Demonstrated comprehension of Health and Safety Law
  


• Experience in team collaboration and self-management on-site
  


• Valid driver's license
  


• Ability to work night shifts when necessary
  
  

Desirable skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of Environmental law
  


• Familiarity with Lift Plan requirements
  


• Track record of reporting issues as well as positive outcomes
