Job description: Are you an experienced HSEQ professional looking for your next challenge? If you're passionate about improving safety performance and influencing at all levels, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for a HSEQ Manager to join our GXO Direct operation in Corby , supporting a multi-user site and taking the lead on all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments, enjoys working with people, and can support continuous improvement across the site. This is a full-time, permanent position , working any 5 days out of 7 (37.5 hours per week). Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of £40,000 – £44,000 , per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) , a company pension scheme, and access to an employee discount platform covering retail, tech, travel and more. Onsite parking is available, and you’ll benefit from a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth and development.
