Are you a HSEQ Officer or similar looking to join a well-established Construction company who are consistently expanding?

Do you want to work autonomously as you develop and input your own Health and Safety procedures, progressing to Senior positions as you do?

This company, established over 30 years ago have seen steady growth, now with over 100 employees nationally. They specialize in commercial landscaping and ground maintenance, working with clients such as housing associations and local authorities. While having recently been acquired by a global conglomerate, they have maintained their tight-knit feel and are now looking to add a Health and Safety Manager to their team.

In this dynamic role you will work autonomously as you manage ISO renewals, company policies and procedures as well as quality. You will work closely with the Operations Manager as you develop new procedures, as well as visit local sites liaising with Site Managers to ensure Health and Safety Compliance.

This role would suit a Health and Safety Manager with a background in Construction looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company, where you will be able to progress your career.

The Role:

• Manage and input Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct site visits around Birmingham.
• Complete audits and reports.
• Progress your career into Senior positions.

The Person:

• HSEQ Officer or similar.
• Commutable to Redditch and sites around Birmingham.
