Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Assistant
Location: Remote (occasional travel across the North)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 30-35k

• Conducting audits across sites, offices, and factories.
• Completing accident investigations, risk assessments, and RIDDOR reports.
• Preparing and reviewing RAMS, SSOWs, SOPs, and PPQ forms.
• Supporting internal and external health and safety meetings.
• Monitoring training compliance, CSCS cards, and toolbox talks.
• Assisting with third-party audits and maintaining SSIP schemes.
• Managing maintenance schedules and hire equipment logistics.

• Experience in Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental audits (ISO 9001/14001).
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
• IOSH Managing Safely and First Aid training.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
