Hubspot Automation Manager- IMMEDIATE START

I am working with a Global professional services company who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Group Marketing Automation Manager to support their group marketing function in leveraging Hubspot to acquire, nurture, and convert leads into opportunities. This role will be pivotal in aligning marketing and sales efforts, optimising CRM processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule. You will be working alongside a supportive and motivational Marketing team who strive for great results and love to work collaboratively together!

** Lead CRM integrations for new website pages and support onboarding of newly acquired brands.

** Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email workflows and lead nurturing strategies.

** Collaborate with the Email Marketing & Customer Communications Coordinator to deliver high-performing email campaigns.

** Monitor and improve email deliverability, engagement, and campaign performance.

** Prioritise and manage internal CRM support requests, training, and new functionality rollouts.

** Maintain a 3-month rolling plan of email campaigns aligned with business priorities

** Work closely with Sales, Data & Insights, and Marketing Optimisation teams to align strategies and share insights.

** Ensure the email team has access to high-quality content and resources to support campaign delivery.

** Oversee the work of the Email Marketing & Customer Communications Coordinator.

** Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

** Identify opportunities for optimisation and automation across the marketing funnel.

** Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

** 3+ years in a CRM/Data/Automation role.

** 5+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing.

** Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Enterprise, including lead scoring, nurturing, and automation.

** Experience with high-consideration products and multi-channel campaigns.

** Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

** Familiarity with GDPR, data protection, and customer data management.

** Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.

** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

** HubSpot Academy certifications highly desirable

** Experience marketing SaaS products ideal
