Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We’re looking for a HubSpot CRM Consultant to join the team and support B2B clients in designing, implementing and optimising HubSpot CRM solutions. This is a hands-on, client facing role where you'll apply your technical expertise and consultative approach to deliver meaningful results across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their workflows and customise HubSpot CRM to meet their needs
Build and manage automation, workflows, dashboards and reporting tools
Lead data preparation, migration and integrations with third-party systems
Deliver training sessions and develop documentation to support user adoption
Stay up to date on HubSpot updates and industry best practices to advise clients effectively

What We’re Looking For

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of CRM best practices
A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and data-handling skills
Technical aptitude with automation, integrations, and reporting tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable advice
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment

Desirable Skills

Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM features such as workflows, reporting, and segmentation
Familiarity with B2B industries such as technology, industrial, or professional services
Experience with data integrations or API-based tools
A background in user training or supporting CRM adoption projects
