Human Resource Manager

Position: HR Manager - Multi-Site

Location: Flintshire

Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview

We're looking for an experienced HR manager to lead the HR function across multiple sites, partnering with managers to deliver a proactive, commercially focused people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the HR team.
Provide expert advice on employee relations and employment law.
Partner with managers to support business performance and organisational change.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and records remain compliant and up to date.
Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement.About You

Proven HR manager or senior HR generalist experience.
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
Experience leading an HR team across multiple sites.
Commercial, proactive, and confident influencing stakeholders.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
