Remit
Compass Corporate Services are thrilled to be partnering with a nationwide provider of mental health services. Our client supports thousands of service users throughout the country, across their online and in-person support services. Together we are searching for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to bolster their People Operations function.

The Role
We are searching for a passionate individual, with a keen eye for detail, to support the growing in-house People function as HR Administrator. As HR Administrator, you will have a robust background in HR administration. Previous experience in health and social care is desired, and experience with a CQC or Ofsted regulated environment would also be beneficial. You will form part of the budding People Operations function, using your expertise to produce perfect data in various admin duties throughout the onboarding process, recruitment lifecycle, and HR function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new starter information, references, DBS checks, offer letters, contracts, termination agreements, HR project work and more. Reporting directly to the Onboarding Lead, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and guidelines around safer recruitment. As a brand-new post, created to support the organisations existential growth plans, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on it and make the role your own. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.

Location
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days spent working remotely, and an expectation for you to be present in the Wiltshire office on Wednesdays. Commutable from Bath, Trowbridge, Wells, Glastonbury, Taunton, Ilminster, Dorchester, Bere Regis, Poole, Wimborne Minster, Ringwood, Salisbury, Tidworth, Andover, Winchester, Warminster, Westbury, Devizes, Yeovil, Verwood.

Essential Criteria
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within HR administration.
Experience working in health and social care.
A strong understanding of CQC regulation and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of MS Office.
Confident speaking with a range of stakeholders, both internally and clinically.
Clear understanding of the need for confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Driver’s License and access to own vehicle for travelling to the office weekly, this is essential due to lack of transport links in area.

The Candidate
Experience with a mental health service is desired but not essential.
Meticulous with your work.
Keen eye for the finer details.
Comfortable with predominantly remote, hybrid work and able to self-motivate.
Positive customer service approach.
Experience working with the People HR system is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Interview Process
This is multiple stage interview process. Firstly, a screening call with consultant Isobel to discuss relevant experience and achievements. Next, an online skills test and informal discussion where required. Finally, a formal Teams interview with hiring managers.
