As the Human Resources Advisor, you’ll be joining a small, friendly, and supportive HR team that provides advice and support to managers and staff across the full range of employee life-cycle activities.
This role primarily supports our Key Project at Marylebone, where our mission is to bring transformation to the lives of those we work with.
Around half of our staff work within our Key Projects, so as the HR Advisor, you'll be the primary HR lead for these colleagues.
You'll be responsible for developing and strengthening the relationship between the projects and HR, ensuring that the HR service delivered to the projects is effective and aligned with the service provided to the wider organization.
In this role, you'll work closely with each of the Key Project Leaders, ensuring that the Christian ethos and values are integral to the culture and practices of the projects.
The role requires a generalist with a strong understanding of key HR practices, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, development, and training.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and hold a related qualification, such as CIPD.
Key Details: Salary : £24,032 (FTE £30,040) per annum.
Hours : 30 hours per week, flexible between Monday and Friday.
Staff operate a 60% office / 40% home hybrid working arrangement across a month.
Pension : The organization is an auto-enrollment pension employer.
You will be assessed under pension auto-enrollment criteria.
Annual Leave : 198 hours per year, inclusive of bank holidays.
(FTE is 247.5 hours, equivalent to 33 days per year, inclusive of bank holidays).
Contract : Part-time, open-ended.

Skills and Experience Required: Experience as a HR generalist with a strong knowledge of recruitment and retention, employee relations, and development and training.
Relevant HR qualification, such as CIPD.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
