Job Description - Human Resources Advisor

HR Advisor - London (Hybrid - 2x a week) - £40-45,000 + benefits

Annapurna is currently working with a multinational NYSE-listed business who have been world-leading in their space, and are now pioneering major transformation projects in the industry. We are looking for a HR advisor to come onboard and work as part of their People and Culture team, ensuring Employee Care activities are carried out with excellence and care.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to Line Managers on various topics, including policies, time and attendance, and performance, leveraging local expertise.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to resolve complex queries and escalations.
Collaborate with HR colleagues in Business Partnering and Learning & Development (L&D) to deliver training to Employees and Line Managers on key topics like managing attendance and implementing HR policies.
Draft letters and templates, such as those for exceptional contract changes, in collaboration with HR Legal.
Work with the internal communications team and HR colleagues to create and coordinate employee communications for the UK People & Culture (P&C) function.
Support the implementation of changes to ensure compliance with legislative updates.
Train the insourced Employee Care team to handle UK-specific queries accurately.
Advise the Talent Acquisition Operations team on right-to-work queries, utilizing local knowledge.
Oversee parental leave processes.
Proactively use HR data to identify opportunities, risks, and issues.
Manage personnel files.
Oversee the content and performance of the benefits portal.
Ensure continuous improvement in end-to-end processes, in line with PMI culture.
Manage contracts and agreements with People & Employee Development (P&ED) vendors.
Support the delivery of P&ED activities as needed.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of UK employment law
Proven experience in implementing policies and providing advice on HR employment legislation
Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance HR processes
HR qualification, CIPD Level 5 or higher
Collaborative, agile, and growth-oriented mindset
Committed to enhancing employee experience and delivering employee-centric services
Driven by data and using data to drive continuous improvement
