HR Advisor – Corby (Site Based)- £35,000 - £38,000 – Food Manufacturing

This isn't just another food manufacturing gig. This company is a powerhouse in the chilled products arena. Based in Corby, they’re all about quality, innovation, and smashing industry standards. They need an HR Advisor who’s not just experienced, but ready to dive in and make waves.

The Role:
This isn’t a back-office job. It’s about getting stuck in, providing real support to the managers and employees, and ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly churned batch of their finest chilled goods.
Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro – think disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management.
Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR.

What you need to offer:
Solid experience as an HR Advisor/Officer in manufacturing.
A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.
CIPD qualification (Level 5) – a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
