Job Description Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.
Initially this will be a 12 month FTC, with the view of this possibly being extended or made permanent thereafter.
Duties:
Work alongside stakeholders to develop and adapt the people element of Business Plans.
Identify and use key data from across the business and from external sources to support and inform decision making; turnover, absence rates, diversity, pay, for example. Use data, metrics and evidence to identify and forecast longer term business needs and trends
Supporting business plan implementation, performance management cycle/system, new HR system implementation, leaver feedback process.
Significant previous experience at HR Advisor/Business Partner level, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Proven ability of driving and managing HR related projects, working on own initiative, high accuracy and attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic and solutions focused attitude.
Training & upskilling managers, running HR bite-site online training sessions, coaching senior managers – providing feedback, having difficult conversations, etc.
Experience of supporting managers and staff on employee relations cases up to complex level
A determined and robust approach to influencing is required, particularly to ensure that line managers understand and comply with the need to effectively deliver core HR processes
Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office, which is based in Crawley.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000.
