Great opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, global organisation. CRC Evans are recruiting for and experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Burnley.

This role will promote the development of HR direction within the EMEAA business which includes providing commercial solutions and creating, developing and delivering a range of people related plans in line with the local business unit and wider HR strategy and business objectives. These will help contribute to improved overall performance and deliver the business objectives and financial plan.

Job Specific Education Required:
Degree qualified in HR, Management or Business Studies.
CIPD membership

Skills & Knowledge Required:
Strong business partnering capability –practical, pragmatic and proportionate. Enabling rather than bureaucratic.
Quickly able to assimilate information and evaluate business requirements versus risk.
Relationship builder and strong communicator – able to be at ease in a “one team” culture.
Willingness to get involved in the detail and strong supporter of the wider team – this is a hands-on role as much as it is strategic.
Results driven – able to work proactively on own initiative and within a team.
Able to problem solve, think out of the box and come up with implementable solutions.
Ability to push back and drive a high level of performance consistent approach across the organization.
Experience of setting policy and driving change through an organization
