Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a HR Consultant for our Education client based in Stockton on an initial 7 month contract paying between £31,900 to £40,500 + great benefits depending on experience.

This role allows flexible working & hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

HR advise
HR Support
Grievance, performance, staff disciplinary, absence management, exit interviews
staff development
staff appraisals processes
policy & procedure recommendations
Managing complex Employee Relations (ER) cases,
Education sector experience is desired
Safeguarding experience is of an advantage
