£55,000 - £85,000 (DOE) (+£15k Benefits Package)
(Depending on Level [Consultant to Manager])

In HR Consulting, you will be joining a growing part of the business that partners with their own clients to help them tackle people-related challenges. This could be building a new people and workforce strategy, employee brand, employee value proposition, redesigning end-to-end talent processes, development and capability pathways, and everything in between.

Role Responsibilities
In your role, you will be responsible for utilising your sector and technical expertise, along with broader consulting skills, to:
Client Engagement:
Own and lead work streams within client engagements.
Manage teams effectively.
Develop client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
Research and Analysis:
Carry out research, data collection, and analysis.
Apply rigorous logic to deliver insights and innovative solutions to clients.
Client Interaction:
Interview client employees and managers.
Facilitate meetings and workshops.
Assist in the preparation of high-quality deliverables, such as documents and presentations, to present client recommendations.
Project Scoping:
Work with client counterparts on scoping pieces of work.
Gather requirements, feedback, and input for workshops or meetings.
Ensure a clear understanding of client needs.
Team Management:
Oversee junior team members, specifically Analysts.
Ensure the quality of their deliverables.
Team Culture:
Work effectively in diverse teams.
Contribute to an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributions.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a proven ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in pressured, time-critical situations. Deep skills in at least one of the following areas are essential:
HR Specialisations:
HR operations, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services, digital HR, HR organisation design, or specialist HR areas (e.g., learning and development, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, and talent).
Strategic Analysis:
Conduct strategic analysis of future organisational capabilities and trends.
Implement improvements to enhance business performance and employee experience.
Communication and Influence:
Possess excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of HR, its value, and its function in a business context.
Service Delivery:
Assess, design, and implement new HR service delivery and HR operating models.
Focus on business demands and more efficient ways of working.
HR Technology:
Experience with new HR technology.
Analyse an organisation’s HR requirements, employee experience ambitions, processes, and pain points to identify and implement suitable enabling technology.

Digital HR Expertise
Candidates with an understanding of or experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
Robotics and Automation:
Use robotics and automation for process optimisation.
Artificial Intelligence (AI):
Leverage AI and cognitive computing for information management, data analysis, and predictive systems.
Virtual/Augmented Reality:
Utilise virtual reality and/or augmented reality to support employee retention, learning & development, engagement, and productivity.
Employee Engagement:
Innovate ways to engage with employees throughout the employee lifecycle using technology.
Digital Roadmap:
Appreciate the digital roadmap, including risk management.
Stay abreast of new digital tools.
