Human Resources Executive

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client, a national law firm, with Head Quarters based in Middlesbrough, in their search for an HR Executive.

Candidates will -

Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent would be desirable
Experience as a HR professional 3 years +
Experience in developing and Implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Experience of assisting and advising across all organisational levels of the firm
Demonstrable knowledge of employment law
Experience of developing, creating, and implementing continuous improvement programs
Demonstrable experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills at all organisational levels
Meticulous attention to detail
High Standard of IT literacy including accounting software, MS office and advanced excel skill
