Job Description - Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a competent Human Resources Manager who is deeply committed to supporting a thriving financial services environment and ensuring the company's HR operations are running smoothly and effectively. Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Profile

A successful Human Resources Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager within the financial services industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
