Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workplace continues to be a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, training and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and growth opportunities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
• Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
• Work with and support the leadership team to grow the business through effective people strategies.

About You

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar level role
• CIPD qualified. 
• Good working knowledge of employment law and regulations in GB and NI.
• Experience of working with unions and in a manufacturing environment  would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance hands-on tasks with more strategic projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.
