Human Resources Manager

Looking for Human Resources Manager for a global network vendor in UK .

Global leading Radio Communication Solutions Provider.

Responsibilities
Full scope of HR duties and responsibilities (operational and strategic level) – talent management, organisation design/succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and training & development
Work in conjunction with HQ HR to drive the European business unit
Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and successfully onboard new team members
Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limited to – payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration); in parallel with HR strategic/higher level operational planning
Write HR policies and procedures in line with local labour law
Keep up to date/advanced knowledge of local labour law

Job Requirement:
At least 5 years working experience.
Experience of working as the sole HR manager
People focused and a can-do mind set
Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly
Strong knowledge of local labour law
Experience of working with multi-region employees beneficial – particularly other European countries and local labour law
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.
Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous line management experience is desirable
