Fidarsi are partnering with a Global Asset Manager to hire a Senior HR Manager for EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Lead to join a leading Investment Firm and be part of a Global team. You will focus on overseeing all operational aspects and deliver high-quality end to end HR transactional and administrative services across the employee lifecycle for EMEA.
This is a full-time position paying c£100-120k, the exact compensation may vary based on experience ,
and hybrid working available.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working closely with the HR Director on HR best practices
Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including immigration and background checks through to successful employee onboarding.
Supporting all operational HR activity, including employee relations, addressing employee concerns, sicknesses, and grievances
Mid-year and annual performance management processes
Administering and reviewing compensation and benefits programs
Developing policies and procedures and ensuring HR related documents are fit for purpose and compliant with employment law in each country.
Identifying training needs, creating development plans, and facilitating learning and development programs
Payroll oversight and approval
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Longstanding career in HR strategy and operations.
Knowledge of European payroll
Has worked within Financial
Services/Investment
Management
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
CIPD qualified.
