Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at our location in Stanstead Abbotts. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the HR function. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee benefits, payroll, and maintain employee records.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ability to handle and resolve employee conflicts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in employee benefits administration and payroll
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
