HR Officer
Outskirts of Cheltenham – Hybrid Working (3-4 days a week in the office)
£25,000 - £30,000

This company have ambitious growth plans as they expand their offerings to their clients in the defence industry.

To assist with this growth, they require a HR Officer to join a current HR team of 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new employees.
Arrange interviews and recruitment.
Train staff on new company procedures and processes.
Arrange team days and activities.
Assist with the preparation and attendance at exhibitions, college open evenings and other appropriate events.
Manage the issuing of security clearance forms and monitor the progression of applications.
Assist with the drafting of NDA’s.
Support the implementation of ISO standards within the company and manage ongoing compliance with internal audits.
