Are you passionate about supporting staff wellbeing and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Main Purpose of Role:
As a HR Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on supporting the business in staff wellbeing initiatives, acquisitions, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with various teams to analyse financial data, provide expert advice on employee relations matters, and manage the integration of acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Collaborate with finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Provide advice and coaching on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievances, and performance management.
Conduct people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process and manage transition and integration activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual people reporting for the team.
Contribute to the implementation of new HRIS and colleague benefits platform.
Draft and update people policies and the Staff Handbook.
Manage wellbeing initiatives, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Display Screen Equipment (DSE), and wellness referrals.
Oversee sickness and absence management.
Requirements:
Significant on-the-job experience or other compensating achievements.
Previous experience in an HR team at Senior Advisor level or above.
Experience in a multi-site/fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
Willingness to travel around Greater London as required.
Skills:
Highly confidential and empathetic.
Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.
Numerate.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Flexible and willing to assist the greater team.
