Humanities Teacher - Supply Role Location: Bolton Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Supply / Temporary Salary: £160 - £230 per day
Humanities Teacher Required - Bolton Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with secondary schools across Bolton who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join their teams on a supply basis from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Humanities Teacher who is looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a positive impact in local schools. The Role
Deliver engaging and inspiring Humanities lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum where required. Assess, monitor, and support student progress. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Foster students' understanding of history, geography, religious studies, and related disciplines. Work collaboratively with school staff to support student achievement. The Successful Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Humanities within a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A passion for inspiring young people and promoting a love of learning. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
