This role will see the successful individual take up the technical management of all new and ongoing projects within the business. With direct communication to customers and internal stakeholders, it is essential to be able to effectively communicate your technical knowledge and feel comfortable leading from the front.

The Role:

• Actively participate in internal and external meetings, such as project kick-off's and reviews
• Project lead from a technical viewpoint, for team projects, including monitoring and direction of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and other resources
• Conduct site surveys at customer sites whilst upholding all health and safety regulations
• Lead the design review process on all new projects to identify similar historical projects and collect technical queries from the team
• Support Test & Inspection during functional testing where appropriate
• Advise the tendering team by offering technical advice
• Occasionally design technical drawings and diagrams through 2D AutoCAD

The Person:

• Proven experience producing electrical drawings
• HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous
