Salary: £45,000-£50,000 basic per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join an established team covering London and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit a qualified engineer looking for a competitive basic salary, a varied workload and the opportunity to develop their career within the HVAC industry.

The Role

Carry out servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on HVAC systems across commercial sites.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and system faults, ensuring equipment operates efficiently.

Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial works.

Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.

Maintain high standards of health and safety while working on customer sites.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing a professional service.

Requirements

Previous experience working as an HVAC Engineer.

Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems and associated equipment.

Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault-finding.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Relevant industry qualifications and a full UK driving licence.
