HVAC Engineer

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer seeking a dynamic role in Horseferry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading facilities management company, working on a static basis across Horseferry, London and the surrounding areas.

Role: As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems across a range of sites including offices, museums, libraries, and more. This role offers a Monday to Friday.

Benefits:

• Salary: £40,000 per annum
• Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
• Undertaking routine inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment
• Liaising with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• F-Gas Certification (essential)
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence

Systems and Equipment:

• Experience with a variety of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers
• Knowledge of controls systems and BMS (Building Management Systems)
