£40,000-£49,000 + No Weekends + No Call Out Rota + Progression to Project Manager + Company Car + Training + Pension + Bonus

This role is a great opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to progress off the tools and receive full training to become a Project Manager.

This position offers the chance to join a well-established company that are facing significant expansion and will prioritise training and development.

With over 3 decades of experience, this company is a UK leader in the retail, leisure, commercial, and public sectors, providing design, installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical services throughout the UK.

Working with this successful and expanding company within the HVAC industry provides the opportunity to manage significant projects with full autonomy and become an expert in your field.

The day-to-day of this role includes traveling to site UK-wide and managing the installation of HVAC and Mechanical projects. Additionally, you will attend client meetings, undertake surveys and planning.

The ideal candidate for this role will be looking to progress into a Project Management role. You should have several years' experience in Air Conditioning and HVAC Engineering/Installation, whilst also having some management or supervisory experience.

The Role

• HVAC Engineer.
• Training to Project Manager.
• Client Site Meetings.
• Travelling to site UK Wide.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.

The Person

• HVAC Engineer OR Air Conditioning Engineer OR Building Services Engineer OR Refrigeration Engineer or similar backgrounds
• F Gas qualified
• Desire to Progress to Project Manager.
• Full UK Driving License
