HVAC Project Manager – Central London | £70,000 + Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established Ductwork & HVAC contractor based in Essex, delivering a strong portfolio of projects across Central London.

The business is looking for a technically strong Project Manager with a solid understanding of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and proven experience managing mechanical packages from start to completion.

You’ll be working across a varied project portfolio, including office fit-outs, schools and public sector schemes, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on high-profile London projects.

The Role:

Manage HVAC and mechanical packages across Central London projects

*

Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion

*

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams

*

Manage programme, costs, quality and health & safety

*

Ensure mechanical works are delivered efficiently and to the required standards

*

Work across a diverse range of office fit-outs, education and public sector projects

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical services and a good technical understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

You’ll ideally have experience working for a Ductwork, HVAC or Mechanical Services contractor, with the ability to take ownership of projects and confidently manage multiple stakeholders.
